Jen is the best! I needed help after a total hip replacement messed with my pelvic floor. She educated me and gave me exercises that quickly relieved the issue and now she has given me exercises to improve the mobility and strength of my hips. A win-win for sure! She is kind, caring and discreet. I would give her 10 stars if I could!

Mid-Missouri Pelvic Health is the best. Jen specializes in pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause/menopause and all the in-between. It’s hard to find a provider that stays updated and knows women’s health to the extent that she understands it. She’s incredible!! Book the appointment, you will NOT regret it!

Jen is full of knowledge through all phases of pregnancy and postpartum! I didn’t do the labor prep with my first but decided to see her for the second. Labor and delivery was hands down much easier because of all of her help! Would recommend to anyone!

After having my daughter, I was having excruciating pain continuously a month postpartum. Jen has helped my muscles of my pelvic floor relax and I at 3 months postpartum now, I am almost able to sit on the floor and play with her and my son! Before I couldn't even sit up in the chair! So thankful for her and her practice!
