Two reds flags before I even made it to the waiting room. New patient establishing care as a new resident to Missouri. The first concern was there wasn't any forms given to fill out at check in, the attendant sat in front of the sick window, while I was on the well side, raised voices asking me to verbally give PEI across a room. That's a big red flag. Then they said it didn't matter which side of the building we sat on, sick or well. That was concerning. In the sick patient room, the fish tank was very dirty. It hadn't been cleaned in a while, black beetles were seen in both waiting rooms and the patient room, that's a little troubling. The facilities not being sanitary, no care to keep PEI privacy and the unprofessional nature of the attendant working was a little scary. The Dr and

I have been bringing my son here for 15 years, since his pediatrician was also his doctor and the hospital added him to our care team. We have consistently had a pleasant experience with all the doctors at this facility. The entire staff is welcoming and provides excellent service.

My child has been going here since she was born and I couldn't be more pleased with the care we've received for my child. The clinic itself is bright, welcoming, and always clean, making it a comfortable environment for children. The staff is friendly and professional, always greeting us with a smile and ensuring that all our questions are answered promptly. They take the time to listen to my concerns, explain things clearly, and make sure we understand all the treatment options. They always work us in right away especially if my child is sick.

This doctors office is amazing! I used to go here as a child and now I take my daughter here! All the doctors are very great with the children and young adults. They truly care about there patients! They are a clean and welcoming Doctors office and always fit my daughter in when she is sick! Highly recommend!!

We take our son there weekly and we are impressed almost every time we go. They are kind, quick at greeting us and checking us in. They are quicky to get us back. When we take any of our children in due to sickness they are attentive and really care about them. Friendly staff! The only negative is the bathrooms- they never have paper towels and sometimes have a smell. I know that people ruin it for everyone bc they misuse the paper towels but it is still an inconvenience.
