My mom has been under Dr Aquino’s care for over 10 years. He is excellent and very caring. He took time to personally get her a cup of water while she was in the clinic to see him. Not a big deal in the scheme of things but shows the depth of his humanity. She has also been followed by Dr. Greenburg for her AICD and a very successful ablation. I firmly believe she would not be alive today if not for both of them.

The Doctors are great but the customer service from their staff is awful. You can't speak to anyone on the phone when you call, even after holding for more than 20 minutes. The automated phone system has you leave a message and no one returns your call. We have been trying to reach the office since Monday and have left multiple messages and still no return call. I work in the medical field and have never experienced such poor communication from a doctors office.

Luv dr V BUT THERE PHONE SERVICE SUCKS. I SERIOUSLY CALLED ALL THREE NUMBERS THEY GIVE YOU THE OPTIONS THEN YOU HEAR MUSIC AND SOMEBODY TALKING WITH ALL THEIR LOCATIONS. I WAS SERIOUSLY ON EACH NUMBER 32 MINUTES AND NOBODY EVER ANSWERED. HOW DO THEY EXPECT YOU TO BE SEEN WHEN NOBODY EVER ANSWERS IT I HAVE THREE DIFFERENT PHONE NUMBERS AND CALLED THEM ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!

They take 30 minutes to take your call. The woman I spoke to was rude. She told me she can’t do anything for me until they receive my referral. My referral was sent this morning from the building “NEXT TO THEM”. I called my dr to make sure they sent it and they sent it again and told me to call again to set up appointment. So far I’ve spent over an hour and a half on hold trying to get a hold of these people and after waiting the first 20 minutes they hung up on me. Finally got a hold of someone and got scheduled for a week and a half out…. You would think they would get you in earlier for something as serious as the heart..

This doctor was wonderful and very informative about my husband's condition.
