Willis Nursing & Rehabilitation

It’s an old building but the care that is given inside these walls are beyond the look of the building. The feel of the building when you walk in is light, friendly and homely. The staff is the extended family all the residents. The leadership team is easy to talk to and very welcoming. Some of them have been there for over 15 years this an awesome place with great survey results. Dad was here and the care given made me feel comfortable when I was not in the building it gave a peace of mind that all loved ones need when the have to make the decision to place family in a facility.

My mom couldn't be in a better place. The staff is extraordinary. They are very attentive and have the best personalities.

Hello Willis Nursing & Rehab. My mother just got there about a week ago and this is my starter review for you. I know and trust my brother's choices 100%. So I am trusting you to live up to your reviews, because you mostly got rave reviews. Guess this is our "honeymoon". Thank you all ahead of time for the care that she will be receiving. FYI to you my mom was a CNA at one time though I can't say she remembers now. I live in California and who knows I hope to see her there one day. I trust you will live up to your reviews. My Mother was here almost 10 years. Of course no one is going to care for your loved ones like you will. But the entire staff loved my mom and it was evident through the care she received. When it was time to put my mom on Hospice care, they spent so much time with me and was so compassionate. Several of the staff even came to her celebration of life last year. I will always be grateful to all of the staff that loved and took care of my mom.
