I had a very good experience here. The front desk was very friendly. They took me back right when my appointment was set for. The doctor was amazing. She listened to all my symptoms and she treated me accordingly. She was very efficient and very caring! I highly recommend coming here. I will definitely come back next time.

I am extremely disappointed with our repeated experiences at GoHealth Urgent Care. My children have now had multiple visits that resulted in misdiagnoses — all by the same provider. At some point, this stops being an isolated mistake and becomes a serious pattern. Healthcare is not an area where repeated errors are acceptable. When you are diagnosing and treating children, you are dealing with their health and their lives. It is not okay for a provider to continually get things wrong. Each incorrect diagnosis delayed appropriate treatment, prolonged their symptoms, and forced us to seek care elsewhere — meaning more time, more stress, and more unnecessary expense. As a parent, it is incredibly concerning to return to the same clinic hoping for competent medical care and instead encounter

First time here, very clean office. I did the “save my spot” online the night before. Checked in online and uploaded all insurance info before my appt. Arrived at 10am for my appt. Was confirmed ready waited maybe 8 minutes for a room. Ana accessed my concern first and then was seen by Lindsey. After all that my whole appointment took less than 30 minutes.

Yesterday I took my daughter because she’d been running fever all day! She just wanted me but called for her daddy. When we arrived my girl was trying to be so active, the one person that came in I never got his name but he was so good with her❤️ after not going to anyone but me all day she actually went to him and did so well with getting her flu tests and triage done! He was so professional and kind even had a few conversations of our own! I HIGHLY recommend them!!! And I hope you get to take your New Orleans trip very soon , you will def enjoy it❤️ thank you and merry Christmas

I had a very positive experience at this urgent care center. The clinic was exceptionally clean and well-kept, which immediately put me at ease. The staff at the front desk were friendly and welcoming, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. The doctor was attentive, taking the time to listen carefully to my concerns and explain everything clearly. I left feeling confident in the care I received. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone in need of urgent care services.
