I swapped over from Walgreen's in the past 60-90 days because my insurance allows 90-day refills through CVS but not Walgreen's. Unfortunately for me they closed the CVS nearest me in Cleveland, TX well over a year ago and Walgreen's was my only solid option. I did not like the monthly trips to Walgreen's and I even tried their mail-order but that was an awful experience. While I have to drive nearly 40 minutes to get to the nearest CVS in Willis, TX it has been a great experience. The store is great. The pharmacy staff are amazing. Thank you CVS!
I love this CVS in Willis on 1097 and I have been a customer since 2016. The Pharmacy & Store employees are always professional friendly, helpful & fast. Thank you all!
Service has gone down hill, they never answer or return phone calls. There is always some kind of issue with our medication or insurance. We always have to do the leg work to get it sorted out.
