The staff is so friendly and welcoming. Everyone is absolutely awesome with my elderly cat Raven and miniature poodle Gizmo. I highly recommend them for any of your pets needs from check up to dental work. Thank you all for taking such great care of my fur babies ❤️🐱🐩❤️

Ive been a patient at North Pines for years. They have helped us welcome puppies into our home and cried with us when we said goodbye to our old dogs. Everyone there is loving and patient with my babies. Theyre prices are fair and they work with you as much as possible. I love that every visit feels more like a conversation about my pets care instead of directives from a rushed person.

Front desk don’t seem to know any customer service skills. Came in and was my first time and obviously did not know it was a dog resort as well I’m not so sure what was so funny that they had to laugh. I came in for my sister and I have no dogs so I have no idea I just went in knowing that the dogs needed to be seen. The girl for the front desk for the vet side was not even there. So initially there wasn’t even anyone to help when I first walk in. They were in communication with my sister at one point they said I wouldn’t need to get down with my three kids but when I was inside they said I needed to get all of them down and when I got all of them down and was in the appointment, They re texted my sister saying that we did not have to be present in the appointment so there is obviously som

My husband and I have recently moved to Willis from Houston. We found this vet's office through our neighborhood. The reviews were very good so we gave them a try and have been very satisfied with the care we've received. Highly recommend.
