I love their focus on airway health and structural improvement, not just cosmetic results. They offer braces and Invisalign for both children and adults and take the time to tailor treatment to each patient’s needs. Their flexible payment plans are extremely helpful. With five convenient office locations, getting great orthodontic care has never been easier. Highly recommend this team!

Amazing people! very nice and always welcoming. Never liked the dentist before but this spots pretty easy going. The teeth work speaks for itself (literally) 12 out of 10. Almost always get the same person (Oli, very gentle when working) so it feels nice to have that familiarity each visit!

I went to Woodlake Orthodontics in Richfield for my Invisalign. Even though I have never enjoyed having my teeth worked on either at the dentist or orthodontist (I had braces in middle school), I always looked forward to seeing Dr. Hicken and his team. Every team member is so warm and friendly, I feel like I get to see good friends each time I go in. Bailey and Emma are extremely kind and welcoming when I come in at the front desk and also so helpful if I ever need to re schedule an appointment or have any questions. The dental assistants listen really well to any questions or concerns I might have and relay the message well. Dr. Hicken & his staff are always wonderful to me. They have been extremely flexible with emergency appointments & rescheduling, and I am so pleased to already be seeing great results from my braces I got put on in the spring. Yesterday I had my second visit to Woodlake Orthodontics and Dr. Hicken. I couldn't help but notice how upbeat, engaged and helpful the entire staff was. The orthodontic and administrative assistants seem to enjoy working there, and--like Dr. Hicken himself--all were not only thoroughly professional, but informative and reassuring about the various options for treatment. I was grateful for the referral to this practice which is now my orthodontic home.
