This was my first visit to DHCC - Amanda was my hygienist, she was welcoming, professional, and explained all that she was doing. Was very comforting with the condition of my overall dental health. Dr. Waterman was my dentist, I thought she was great. The staff set me up with a treatment plan and i'm excited to tackle these to appts to get my teeth and overall care back on track. Found DHCC fortunately when our previous Dentist dropped our insurance provider. I felt very welcomed today when I arrived for my check up. The staff was so pleasant and professional and when my cleaning was finished I hadn't felt any pain throughout the whole process. Thank you all for your comfortable care and I look forward to seeing you again. Jim

It was torture. The dentist was clearly inexperienced. The team was disorganized. She kept leaving my side to visit with other patients because someone else wanted to go home early. Each time she came back to me my novacaine had worn off so they’d give me just a little more but never enough. I was never numb. No matter… nearly two hours of digging, pulling even sawing the tooth in 1/2, trying to pull it out. After all that time of enduring unbelievable pain the tooth was still there. She was unsuccessful. Near closing hour they sent me to an oral surgeon miles away in rush hour traffic. Thank goodness he stayed late that day and accepted me. He gave me two shots which made me perfectly numb and pulled out the tooth pain free. I didn’t even know he was done! I cried tears of relief. It had

I have been going to DHCC since I was a little girl. I Always see Amanda— She is extremely thorough, gentle, kind, and takes the time to explain everything she does. She makes me feel comfortable the entire visit and truly cares about doing the job right. . Best cleaning ever!

Dental Health Care Center is fantastic, and my hygienist, Laura, is a big part of that. She's incredibly thorough and gentle, making a teeth cleaning feel less like a chore and more like a refreshing reset. Laura is also great at explaining what she's doing and offering tips on how to improve my at-home care. She's professional, friendly, and genuinely cares about her patients' oral health. I always leave my appointments with a brighter smile and a better understanding of how to take care of my teeth. I highly recommend her!
