Re: Sound Hearing in Richfield on 1/15/2026 Located around the corner from Menards, their office was easy to find, and their staff friendly and helpful. As my clinic no longer offered earwax removal, I looked into numerous providers and settled on Sound Hearing. Dr. Demorest skillfully removed the impacted earwax, quickly, precisely and painlessly. Now I know where to go in the future!
Both the Audiologist and the Assistant were extremely pleasant and helpful. I would definitely recommend Sound Hearing to anyone looking for hearing aids.
1/20/26. I had a Bluetooth connectivity issue that Kerry resolved quickly and professionally Strongly recommend Sound Hearing for hearing aid sales and support
I got hearing aids a couple of months ago and I wasn’t comfortable changing the filter and dome. Kerry told me to come in and she will go over the procedure with me. She was very reassuring as I went over it with her. I now feel comfortable changing the filter and dome.
I was having issues with my hearing aids. 1st stop was tech support, but ended up at Sound Hearing in Richfield. Kerry and Dr DeMorest were able to resolve my issues. So appreciative of their trouble shooting, and quickly resolving my issues.
