Today, I stopped into Target Optical without an appointment. Natalie was working at the time and was on the phone when I arrived, yet she still acknowledged me and made me feel welcomed. When she was able to assist me, her customer service was truly excellent. She was extremely kind, patient, and professional throughout our interaction. What a phenomenal team! Dr Mackner and his team are absolute professionals. They did an amazing job of moving patients in and out of exams, eyeglass selection and fitting, and scheduling walk-in appointments. I walked in to schedule an exam and lucked out by getting an exam and new contacts within an hour! Timing is everything but even more important than timing is the professionals who make clinic work with compassion and being passionate about customer service. This was my first visit to a Target Optical and they certainly have earned my repeat business AND my highest recommendation. Give Target Optical a try today - you will be amazed! Target Optical at Richfield Target is a spectacular place to get glasses! The Opticican and employees were super knowledgeable and helpful from the beginning (my exam )and the choosing of frames into a few follow up drop ins (tightening of my frames, even kindly replacing my lost case!) They have a wide array of frames to choose from and super friendly staff…thanks for such a great experience!!

had some struggles with my glasses prescription and frames but the richfield team took such good care of me. they were so on top of fixing errors i made on insurance and making sure everything was fixed smoothly and properly. they even called me later to make sure the newest set of glasses were working well and updated me on the insurance situation. these people are the coolest !!

What started out to be a lousy Valentine’s Day became something really nice, thanks to Natalie. The bow to my eyeglasses had fallen off and we couldn’t screw the tiny bolt back in. So we went to the optical dept. at the Richfield Target for help — and we got it! In less than 15 min.! Natalie not only was great at repair but excelled in customer service. She is the reason we will keep coming back to Target, again and again.
