Just had a great customer service experience! Jordan helped me connect my lab submission with my account, so that I can see the test results right away. Jordan was very quick, helpful, and kind!

Wow! What a great service. Fast and courteous turn around. I switched from my slooooooow and ancient spore testing facility on the East Cost for a modern lab where you can have a dashboard and quick autoclave results. The only thing that I would add is for the company to make a mobile app🙏 Otherwise, choose these guys for all your Biological Indicator results.

Been super impressed with this company's spore testing service! I tried three other companies, which turned out to all be the same slow lab service in different packaging... Super frustrating! Recently I thought that one of my weekly tests had been lost in the mail, but I got a call back from Jenna in the lab who told me it had just arrived that afternoon and I would have results the next day, which I did! Can't recommend SporeAlert enough!!!
