I have been to many different physical therapists over the years. Mark stands alone in the way that he provides excellent, comprehensive care. He knows the healing process, he listens, he takes time to make sure you understand how to follow up to do PT exercises and he cares about my recovery. 11 weeks after shoulder replacement surgery I'm feeling great and on the way to full recovery, thanks to Mark.

His skill set , communication , vast experience and professionalism makes him the only choice for the extensive recovery treatment time that is necessary . I have experienced a full recovery and am pushing my physical limits once again thanks to Mark.

I tore my labrum twice before going to Praxis. It’s a very lonely place recovering from a second surgery on the same shoulder. Mark made the rehab process something I could confidently attack. He knew I had very specific goals, and he wanted me to reach them just as much as I did. He reminded me how important the little wins are in the rehab process and celebrated every one with me. He checked in on me constantly, even texting on weekends on his own time. That meant a lot during such a long recovery. I’m incredibly grateful for the support and the relationship I’ve built with Mark. He cares about me not just as an athlete, but as a person. I always felt safe in Mark’s hands and can’t recommend Praxis enough.

Mark's expertise were crucial to my recovery following a serious back injury and subsequent surgery. His personalized approach took me from barely walking to returning to work in a much shorter timeline than my surgeon predicted. My back is now pain free and feeling stronger than it ever has. Plus, he's given me skills to continue building strength and resilience well beyond my initial recovery. I started visiting Mark just before I had a Hip Replacement. He really helped me understand what was expected of me in the recovery process. He introduced me to FDM (Fascia Distortion Model) which provided me with much relief prior to surgery. His demeanor is kind, understanding yet direct. He gets right to the point with his instructions and answered all my questions in a way I can understand. If I have need for PT in the future I will go to Mark and his team for my recovery/PT care.
