Fabulous experience!! Stephanie was particularly helpful explaining my current situation and suggesting a path forward. Highly recommend. I should note -- office is particularly beautiful: spotless, beautifully decorated. Extremely well-though-out workflow from what I could tell.

Dr. Maassen is a wonderful audiologist. She has been very good in helping me find the right hearing aids and maintaining them. I have been seeing her for years. Highly recommended.

First, getting old sucks. But getting a hearing exam and preparing for hearing aids was a pleasure.. The receptionist and Audiologist were incredible. And the hearing exam exceeded any exam offered by the VA and military. So…. Off I go for hearing aids. Come on in!! No worries.

So happy to have found Dr. Maassen again! My hearing loss is profound and she worked with me to figure out what was wrong with my hearing aids, updated the app on my phone, serviced my hearing aids and now I can finally hear much clearer. As the saying goes Life is on.. Thank you!
