Empower Physical Therapy

Ben is an awesome PT. As a former mountain bike racer and current firefighter, I have had my fair share of injuries. Ben has been able to zero in on my issues every time and the exercises he gives me help reduce my pain and get back to my sports. He has a knack for meeting you where you are yet challenging you so you are prepared for whatever life throws at you. As a former massage therapist I know how helpful soft tissue work can be and how beneficial it is when done by a skilled PT. Ben utilizes cupping, tool work and dry needling which can fast track your progress. You can tell his clinic was created by a PT, no PTAs or 30 minute visits at his clinic, just one on one sessions and focused attention so you get the most of your time with them.

I am a club soccer player who has had 2 MPFL knee surgeries. I started working with Ben halfway through my recovery process after my first surgery. I was working with another Physical Therapist, but was not having great progress in my recovery. Once I started working with Ben, I immediately started progressing forward. When I injured my second knee, I started working with Josh and Ben right away. Going through the entire recovery process from start to finish has been much quicker and smoother. I recovered twice as fast this time! I am now back to playing soccer and getting ready to head to Gonzaga to play. I highly recommend both Ben and Josh for anyone trying to recover from knee surgery. They are both very knowledgeable!

Ben is highly trained and competent as a Physical Therapist. He helped me using various techniques that were very effective for my knee and shoulder issues. He's able to offer more than other PT providers in terms of treatments (e.g., dry needling and cupping). I drive 1 hour to see Ben for appointments and it's worth the drive. Five stars are deserved.

I am a club soccer player who is now heading to UW to play soccer. I have been doing physical therapy with both Ben and Josh for the past few year. They are absolutely amazing and always know what treatments to do in order to keep my body healthy or nurse me back to good health after an injury. The dry needling that Ben does is like a miracle! If you're an athlete trying to stay healthy or fighting back from an injury, I highly recommend working with them!

Ben was a game changer for an ongoing shoulder issue i had been dealing with for a long time. After just a few sessions of cuping, dry needling, and exercises I was ready to get back to my usual routine. He's also helped me through hip and knee issues and I'm always so impressed by how much he can help in a short amount of time. He understands active life styles and was extremely knowledgeable in how to help me do the things I love without getting injured.
