Woburn Urgent Care

This a great urgent care practice. Professional and courteous medical staff. Nicely renovated facility with modern equipment that delivers timely and efficient care. It’s great to have it in our neighborhood. Very convenient with its central location at a walking distance. Always pleased with their service and care.

I have been here a few times and it is the best one in my area. The staff is so nice and knowledgeable. They always answer all my questions and explain things in a way that is easily understandable.

I liked the speedy and knowledgeable procedure (much faster than in many other locations). The employees were patient and knowledgeable, focused on the right problems. The location would benefit from some additional equipments (e.g. ability to do xrays). This would make this urgent care even better.

I used to LOVE this place! It was like my little hidden gem because not many people know its there (kind if hidden) so there isnt usually a long wait. They used to be so kind, empathetic, supportive. NOW they’re short, rude, dismissive, etc. past two times i was in i was basically just a number and rushed out as if i were bothering them. 2x they gave me prescriptions for symptoms i DIDNT EVEN HAVE! I stated all my sick symptoms, asked if i had a cough, said no, then hear “okay so im going to send in a prescription for your cough” like were u even listening? Not impressed with how theyve treated my daughter as well. Its definitely a different team in there than it used to be. Tonight i go in and whoever saw me wad so extremely rude basically saying i need to find a specialist and not waste

This is the best urgent care around! Went in for a sick visit since my primary was closed. The staff are always so friendly and supportive and do their best to get patients seen quickly while also making sure you get the best care!
