I had had a sore knee for over a year. An X-ray showed lots of arthritis, so I figured the pain was inevitable unless I had the knee replaced—which I was told I should avoid as long as possible. One a friend’s recommendation, I went to Hugh. A week after the first session, I went half a day with no pain. The day after my second treatment, we went on vacation. I dutifully rubbed the Chinese herb rub he gave me into the knee several times a day, and walked many miles every day. The pain was minimal. After the third treatment, Hugh said I was all set—only come back if the pain returned. A month later, I am generally pain free!
