I've been going to Lennon Dental for almost 20 years. Dr. Lennon and the staff use to be excellent. Over the last couple of years, the quality of the service plummeted all across the board. The front desk support was mediocre where as they use to be excellent. They always had the best dental assistants and then started hiring people who had no experience. At one point almost all their hygienists quit and it was impossible to get a dental cleaning. Even the services provided by the dentists dropped considerably. It didn't make sense until I learned they went corporate. This clearly explained everything - corporate doesn't care about quality they care about revenue. So, with a sad heart, I will be leaving the practice and taking my business to another practice. Best of luck.

I was in extreme mouth pain and called Dr Lennon's office. They saw me right away, same day, and resolved my problem! Their professionalism is, by far, the best and I highly recommend Lennon and Associates!

I would not recommend DelGenio to anyone because from the very first time I met this dental hygienist, she became cold and rude toward me after I told her I was unemployed when she asked about my job. I had appointments with her about 10 times, despite me smiling at her, I never saw her smile back even once. I could strongly sense her unfriendliness through her facial expressions, which made me very uncomfortable. I really didn't know why or whether it was something personal. During cleanings, she would poke me and splash water on my face multiple times, but never said a word. She was also unprofessional. When evaluating whether I needed a deep cleaning, she should have performed periodontal probing on each tooth, but she didn’t do that at all. She simply told me I needed a deep cleaning,
