I had been using Smile Dental for years, but after my last visit, I will never go back. Dr. Basha was extremely rude throughout the appointment and kept rushing me. During the consultation, he constantly interrupted me, barely explained his recommendations, and seemed more interested in getting me scheduled for procedures than in providing proper guidance. He insisted that my back molars would decay within the year and that I needed to have them surgically removed immediately. Of course, I got a second opinion, and they said that all I needed was more thorough cleaning by a dental hygienist - no surgery required. He’s incredibly gentle, explains everything clearly, and always makes sure I’m comfortable every step of the way. These guys are the real deal. Very friendly, yet professional. They're gentle and make you feel pretty comfortable through every dental procedure, no matter how basic or complicated it may be. And of course, the overall service is pretty good. I have quite some dental work to do over the next several months, and they have handled all my needs very swiftly and professionally.
