Wisconsin Spine and Pain

I was referred to Dr Jung by my primary care doctor who usually gives me good referrals. I am not impressed with him. I am very disappointed in the service I have received from the receptionist to the doctor, including the facility I had my injections done at in West Bend. I have not felt important to this team since day one. I saw and spoke with this doctor only 1 time since becoming a patient. Being my own patient advocate, I expect more. I'm trying to give them the benefit of the doubt and hoping that my care improves

Dr. Jung and Dr. Scarlett are the best doctors I've ever met. I have a lot of issues but they listen and work together very well. They listen and never given up on me. Thank you so muchthem and their staffs who make me smile when that is something I don't do often enough.

I've been seeing Dr. Jung for several years now. My case is complicated, but he and his nurses never give up on me!! I haven't found that to be the case with other doctors in all areas of practice. It's been much easier for some of them to say, "It's all in your head," and go onto someone else. Never once have I been treated that way by Dr. Jung and his team. I hope he never leaves the area because I wouldn't want anyone else to be my pain doctor!!

I can honestly say Dr Jung and the entire staff are awesome! Dr Jung is very friendly and takes the time to listen to you describe your symptoms. He explains the options for care including how and why a particular course of action is needed. The staff is friendly and helpful!

Dr. Jung and his staff are very informative about helping me find options to treat my pain. We are currently at a stand still because of a hip revision surgery I HAD to have. Although I continue to see him, and we haven't given up on my treatment options on my further care for neck and spinal care. I highly recommend him. He is a wonderful Specialist.
