Great company! I was quoted $700 for an upper retainer so I looked into Sporting Smiles. They turned out great! Taking impressions is not the easiest. It took me 3 tries to get it right, so ordering some extra molds might be a good idea (they also send one additional at no cost). They are helpful in getting your molds compliant which is nice. Support is attentive and quick to respond. The fit isn’t as perfect as you might get from a dentist but it’s pretty great for the price and I’m quite happy, will order again from here next time!

I’ve bought two retainers from them, first time was a little over a year ago. I had some difficulty with the impression kit but once I successfully made an imprint and sent it off my retainers were shipped to me quickly and fit well. Just before a year passed they contacted me and offered a free 3D scan of my impressions so I could reorder or go on subscription where they would send you a fresh set of retainers every 6 months. I opted to just get a reorder which costs less than the original set and since I only needed my uppers I was able to get two for the price of one! That made it come out to $55 per retainer which is great! Also you should replace your retainers after a year or so but while I was waiting for my new set my other retainer developed a crack so I got my replacement just in

My orthodontist was bought out by another company and couldn't honor the 3-D impressions I'd had made there. New scans would be several hundred dollars and take multiple appointments. Sporting Smiles has been invaluable for me. Even when I moved across the country, there was no interruption in service since they ship right to wherever you are! The fit was correct on the first try (which was not the case with the other online provider I tried). I'm a happy and loyal customer.

I was in a bind when my retainer suddenly broke, and Sporting Smiles was there to quickly navigate me through the process of making molds and getting a replacement retainer ASAP! Making molds were easy, but they also provide a handful of helpful tips to navigate the process if you run into trouble. They were also very helpful and knowledgeable when I would call or email to check if a mold I made was acceptable to use in creating the retainer. Sporting Smiles will now always be my go-to for replacement retainers!

I have never had an issue with sporting smiles! I have been a customer since around 2021. I have ordered 3 separate retainers & have had an amazing experience with all. Their customer service is super helpful via email & I love that I can afford to get a retainer whenever I need it! I don’t have dental insurance right now so this is the perfect option for me (and even if I get insurance I probably will stick with sporting smiles). I just ordered the whitening kit and I’m super excited about it!
