Moreland Plaza Pharmacy

Picked up my mom's prescriptions. The pharmacist is believe was who I interacted with, and with less then 15 minutes until closing, he was not only very nice but he knew who my mother was. We interacted with one another for less than a minute but it was one of the moments throughout my whole day I felt a little more cheery because a stranger decided to treat me like a human. I know this is a long message but with how detached the common folks are to one another nowadays is startling and the media is nothing but pain and suffering. To a happy holidays!

⭐⭐⭐ (3 stars – would be 5 if not for the repeated errors) I much prefer supporting this local pharmacy over the big chain stores. The staff is always friendly! That said, I have to be honest about a recurring problem: twice in a row now (both times for my baby’s ear infection antibiotics), the antibiotics has been significantly short of the full 10-day course. We have never spilled or wasted any and both times we ran out 1–2 days early. This forced us to call the on-call doctor after hours, get a new prescription written, pay another copay, and make an extra trip just to finish the original course. I completely understand that mistakes can happen, but when it affects a child’s antibiotic treatment twice, it becomes a real concern (both time and money). I even told them this last time what

EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Scott and his staff have been so patient with us these past few years, as they accomodate us, during my mother's dementia journey! I can't say enough about how well they treat their customers! :)

I've been going to Moreland Plaza Pharmacy for 3 years. They are very professional, very fast service and know me by name. You get to talk to someone if any problems arise. Instead of an automated service.

It was my first time here and my new prescription was ready in just a couple of minutes. The pharmacist was very kind and thorough. Thank you!
