Had a consultation with Dr. Jeff Garcia for a concern and have to say that from my initial phone call with Katie, to leaving Dr. Garcia’s office, I was treated with the greatest kindness, concern and tender care from Dr. Garcia and all his staff. Felt very confident in his knowledge and would without a doubt recommend Dr. Garcia. My husband had some work done and was also so impressed! He had nothing but great things to say about Dr. Garcia and his team. Thank you to all.

Christmas came early this year, as I was gifted with Michele’s health care skills at my appointment. Dental appointments don’t bother me, but her motherly virtues make any patient feel comfortable. Most importantly, Michele’s chair-side manners made me feel as if she was treating me like family!

First of all the doctor and his assistant was phenomenal. A few things to improve. Chad initially called me and told me that I could do the consult and the procedure in one day. I had a conflicting appointment so I did not take this option. I was able to rearrange my schedule so I called back and the girl that answered the phone said that was not an option so I left a message for Chad. I was told that I would be sent registration information before the appointment. Had not received it until I got home from the appointment. When I had my previous surgery with Dr. S. Paperwork was delivered to me in a folder not a big deal, but for someone organized it is. Payment options. In the past, Dr. S had a much more flexible payment option.FYI. Only had one semi small surgery and three follow ups but I gotta say these people are so…well they obviously know what they are doing but they are so *nice*. From the desk person to the assistant to the doctor (sorry if I’m getting these job titles wrong). Everyone. Before the surgery the doctor/dentist explained in such clarity what he was gonna do it put me right at ease.

At my last appointment I was chatting with Katie. I was scared for my appointment because my husband told me about the hygienist he had. Didn’t like her and she was rough. Anyway I had a pleasant appt. Shared some personal info with Katie and cried like a baby….Katie was so comforting.
