They tske Delta Dental and Medicare. This is a one dentist community practice so be patient. A visit can take upto an hour or less depending on the work being done. It's woman owned and run. I came with my special needs son today and was hoping for him to be seen cared for as a patient and as expected. An assistant who was taking his ex rays was very rude and mean to him. When I expressed my concerns and asked for her replacement another person looking like Indian looks said to me rudely they do not have anybody available but yet she reported that to the doctor who came and said to me that her staff are nice but that particular person was never friendly with patients but not rude I responded to her that I just asked her to be nice and not to raise her voice at the patient who will not let her approach him. She was rough with his mouth. The Indian assistant told me when I made the appointment that they handle this type of special needs patients and that there will be a follow

They are only waste of time. They scheduled an appointment for me and when I showed up in time, they said I should have confirmed the appointment with them! Do not let them waste your time

My mother, a senior, was assigned this practice. I called to schedule an emergency appointment. They picked up the phone at 10:45 and hung up immediately with no greeting. I called back 5 min later and was told the earliest she could be seen was in 3 weeks. My mother doesn't drive and this practice was within walking distance so she decided to walk in and get an appointment. They gave her an appointment for the next day at 10am. She arrived early but wasn't seen until 10:45. Then 30 min later she was told she had to find another practice because they couldn't take her x rays because her mouth doesn't open wide enough. So they don't do Panno here. Also it's a small space where they see 4 patients at a time but there is no privacy. You can see and hear the other patients. I would not recomme

When u first pull up u get a little worried because of the location. Once inside you are greeted by the most friendliest staff imaginable. My appointment took place at 2pm the time they get back from lunch so you would expect the staff to have the end of the day, it's time to go home attitude. I filled out the paper work and was escorted to the dentist chair. Dr. Lopez was very kind, professional and thorough in explaining what needed to be done and the different options I had. My follow up visit in which I needed a root canal went even better. I would have never expected this dentist office to be so accommodating and professional. The office manager had only been there for 4 months but handled business as if she was the owner and a clear professional. I would highly recommend Winn
