LifeLong Immediate/Urgent Care - William Jenkins

Very pleased. Place was very clean, check in staff were very kind. The M.A was great and had an upbeat calming way, the Dr. was very thorough with her exam. She ordered an EKG & an X-Ray, breathing treatment and listened to before and after. The wait time for us being a walk in was max 20 minutes or so, so not bad at all. More than reasonable. Overall from the beginning to the cleanliness to the great medical staff. I’d happy recommend them. And I’m one that watches the little things-;)

I became very sick overnight. I hadn't had Covid-19 yet. I have other medical problems and a compromised immune system. I called and got advice and information on the phone. I went to their office 30 minutes later. After a short 20 minute wait I was tested and found to be Covid-19 positive. Received necessary prescriptions that I needed immediately. Two days later they called to check on me and asked me to come back in because of high blood pressure. For Urgent Care, a short wait, phone advice, calling 2 days later to advise me one could not ask for more or better care. As a retired medical provider I highly recommend this Urgent Care medical service.

My illness wasn't believed and was sent home being called a liar. Still in pain

I recently visited an urgent care in Richmond and had an excellent experience. The process was incredibly fast, ensuring I didn't have to wait long to be seen. The entire staff was exceptionally nice and warm, making me feel comfortable and well-cared for during my visit. I would definitely return if I need urgent care again. Highly recommend!

Came in early and was seen right away. Staff was very thoughtful and patient with our special needs son in getting his vitals. Doctor was very thorough and kind. Overall an excellent experience!
