My experience at Richmond Post Acute has been genuinely wonderful. The administration team is cool, easy to talk to, and always willing to listen, which makes a huge difference in feeling supported. The PT and OT staff are incredibly kind, patient, and truly dedicated. They work with me at my pace and always encourage me. Customer Relations is also amazing. Whenever I need help, he is right there, ready to assist with anything. The CNAs and nurses treat me with respect and kindness, and I always feel well cared for. Even the food is good, and the fact that we get unlimited free snacks and sandwiches is a big plus. One of the things I appreciate most is the social environment. I have made good friends here, and having a designated smoking area where we can relax, talk, and hang out really

What a beautiful and caring group of people. From the admin staff...Dustin, Deborah, Sandra, Anna and the owner Steve. The nursing staff and CNA's who make patient care a top priority...Becky, Ronel, April, Helen and all the rest. Thanks to D for making sure every special dietary need was taken care of. And a HUGE shout out to Taze...also known as Mr T...who leads with compassion and kindness. He leads by example with his professional and fun demeanor. One of the best people who has ever crossed my path. I will never forget how he always made sure my care and comfort was a priority. And of course the PT and OT staff who encouraged and supported me every step of the way. They pushed me to be my very best without pressure. When I doubted my ability, they reassured and praised my efforts. Th

I went to Richmond Post Acute, and the people there are nice. The nurses are very helpful, and the food is decent. Taze, also known as Mr. T, was especially helpful and honestly a lifesaver. The administrator was also very supportive. The location is convenient and close to where I live. PT and OT really helped me get up and moving. They do not force you to do anything. They encourage you, which I appreciated. The relationship I had with my roommate was a good experience and helped me during my stay. You can also order food, and family is allowed to bring food as well, which was helpful. Being allowed to have my dog visit meant a lot to me. That unconditional love made me happy and really helped with my healing. This is my second time here, and once again they went out of their way to acco

My name is Rojas and I am currently living in Richmond Post Acute. I like it here and my recovery has been going very well. When I first arrived I could not walk but now I have progressed and I am using a walker. Amii the physical therapist helped me a lot. We even have a night therapist here named Laura and she is very good along with Arturu and more who support therapy. The food here is decent and I really enjoy the breakfast. The care is good and the nurses like Kae, Alejandra, Helen and Ronel are amazing. All the nurses here take good care of their patients. We also cannot forget about Taze in customer relations. He always stops things before they become a problem and he even takes me to the donut store whenever I am craving something sweet. Social services here are helpful and we ev

The CNAs, especially Saida, Vernie, and Basha, were wonderful. They were always friendly, full of smiles, and willing to help even on days when I didn’t feel my best. Their kindness made a big difference in my stay. I also want to thank Taze from Customer Relations. He checked on me often, made sure I was eating, and helped me stay on track throughout my day. He was not only great with me but also attentive and respectful toward my family, making sure everything was going smoothly. Overall, Richmond Post Acute is a supportive and welcoming place to get stronger and recover. I truly appreciate the care I received and would recommend it to others looking for a good place to heal.
