It's nice to have a reception desk as soon as you walk into the hospital; always a bright and glowing experience. Everyone I talk to is very courteous, professional, and warm. The reception staff is always very friendly. I don't usually have wait a really long time for anything; ever. Thank you for making every experience so welcoming, easy, and effortless! Y'all rock!

Love this hospital. They always get me in and out super quick! And when I was still in the middle of transferring my medi-cal case from one county to another, they still help me and gave me what I needed. And just billed medi-cal ,even though I was not insured at the time. If you want a quick hospital visit, this is the spot. Thank you kaiser team in richmond!

Believe me I don’t think so I come back there anymore they forgot me in a bed for a long time when I ask why they don’t assist me the nurses telling me I has to wait because they have no doctors available I mean why I pay a expensive insurance if I don’t receive a nice service

I switched pharmacies after I changed to PPO insurance. When my new pharmacy reached out to transfer my active prescriptions, Kaiser would only do it if I provided the name of the prescriptions. Which bring up 2 issues: - delaying care for me - only prioritize medicine if I could recall which medication I needed. If I have an active prescription with refills, why would you delay me getting my prescription filled? If I have an active prescription why would they first test me to see if I had the name of them? I can’t even use your pharmacy any more, why gate keep medication?

I had a medical appointment and new medication prescribed in the same day. I came to the pharmacy to fill my Rx, was told to wait ~30 min and within 10 min it was ready! Pharmacy is busy, limited seating but they are friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient. There’s also an option to mail your prescription to you directly at home!
