Poor communication all around. Between their own personnel and to patients. Watch your wallets.You have to fight for reimbursement if there is a positive balance (or overpayment) Because of a positive balance they didn't tell me of an incurring charge for a consultation. For a 'root canal specialist' consultation you 'll need a CTscan.

I had the worst experience ever at the oral surgeon ‘s office . Other than that office is clean, they are quicker at everything including charging you for not even canceling. Just be aware that office can charge you anytime they want. Keep eye on your bill guys. They don’t mentioned clearly over the phone but will be billed. So be care. Called so many times to office to talk to manager , left messages. No response. Again was told to get response from manager . Still waiting ……. They literally do not care about costumers at all. No values of our time wasting on calling them.😡

Every single time I go to New Windsor Dental I am greeted with a friendly smile and attitude. Then into the dentist office where everyone is so friendly and personable. This time I needed to speak to the finance person to find out what my out of pocket expense will be. She said it would talk a week or so. This young lady was so pleasant I told her she could take a month if necessary. Whoever does the hiring for this facility chooses no one but the best and every single person makes you feel as though you are family. I actually love going to the dentist. I certainly appreciate everyone for all they do to make a patient feel comfortable.

From the moment I walked into Windsor Dental it was warm and welcoming! Everyone’s professionalism and kindness made me feel comfortable and cared for in ways that I have never experienced in any dental office! Beginning with the receptionist who welcomes you into the office, to Erika, my new hygienist—so thoughtful and respectful and caring! Dr. Stern was very kind during his conversation regarding next steps of care, and Jolene and the assistant team in the main office were all very detail oriented, attentive, and accommodating with regards to immediate follow up appointments! I highly recommend Windsor Dental to anybody who is looking for a cozy, caring, and welcoming dental office and team!!
