Dr. B is amazing! So kind, patient and never rushes my daughter’s appointment. If I call with a question she always gets right back to me. Love her and her whole staff. Couldn’t be happier

De. Bernardez has been our pediatrician since our kids were toddlers. She and her staff provide excellent care, always presenting all the options , explaining everything, and answering any questions. My kids are now grown and off to college. Dr. Bernardez has been there through it all for us!

I am so grateful to have been recommended Orange Pediatric Care by a few friends several years ago when my daughter was born. We love Dr B and all of her staff. They are friendly and professional, knowledgeable and helpful. The waiting area is entertaining for children (we never have a long wait but my daughter always wants to stay and play for longer!). The rooms are always clean, bright, and cheery and are also decorated with lots of fun themes that can easily distract a nervous child. I recommend Dr B to anyone who asks about local pediatricians. We have never had a poor experience!

HORRIBLE drs office! My son had a seizure and was in the hospital and they wouldn’t see him till my husband arrived to the appt because they wanted him to pay the $50 no show fee first. During that time his fever spiked, and when we got home he had another seizure. The office staff are also super unfriendly minus nadja (spelling) she’s always been nice and one other I believe nurse that’s pregnant also friendly. The dr herself is nice but we felt rushed at many visits. The PA was always great. We’re switching drs office and the new dr requested all the records and they’re charging us 75cents per page which I spoke to several offices and they said they’re not supposed to do that. They do not care about the patients just $$, clearly. So glad we’re switching offices!

Dr. Bernardez and staff are the best. They get us in very quickly when we have concerns and have been incredibly helpful and reassuring as we navigate parenthood with our newborn daughter. We’re so glad we found this practice and have only wonderful things to say. So confused by the negative reviews because our experience has been nothing short of stellar.
