By far one of the best things I have ever done for myself. As a DJ and lifting heavy equipment for year my back has taking a beating. This Masseuse truly knows what an aching body needs. Started going to Grace in 2024 due pain in my upper back and neck issue. She does a total assessment before treatment and truly gets to understand how or if you have pain due to an injury, sports related or simply old age. After a few sessions my pain went away. If you’re looking for a real massage and not one of those foo foo fancy places then you need to stop at this place . Her technique is short of a miracle! Enjoy!!

I’ve been seeing Grace for almost a year for regular massage therapy. As someone who has challenges with chronic pain, I don’t do well with deep tissue massage. Grace is wonderful at adjusting pressure and technique for my specific needs. I like that we check in at the beginning of each massage on how I’m doing and where I’d like to focus that day. Grace always finds spots I didn’t even know have tightness or inflammation! Seeing Grace regularly has been a wonderful part of my overall management of pain, discomfort and stress. She’s also just very lovely and warm and quickly put me at ease from my first visit.

Grace is an amazing therapist! She’s so knowledgeable of the entire body with so many techniques to address any muscle pain or tightness in your body. As an LMT, we look for the best when receiving massage. And I’ve definitely found it! Grace can get me out and feeling better by the end of the session. And she’s so kindhearted.
