I called for an emergency and they got me in next day. Hygienist was pleasant and explained what she was going to do. She answered my questions as well. A week later I had my root canal and had a pleasant experience again. Dental assistant was pleasant, knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process. The dentist was gentle, checked in to make sure I was okay through the procedure. Staff scheduling appointments were pleasant, Knowledgeable and exceeded in customer service skills, with the exception of when I checked in and was told to sit before I even finished my name but considering the rest of my experiences that is nothing. I highly recommend this dentist. Very impressed.

New Windsor Dental (aka The Smilist) is the example of modern dentistry and customer service. I am a Veteran with decades of negative experiences with dental care. Going to New Windsor Dental is like being zapped forward in a Time Machine. They are attentive on the phone and via text. Jolene and Barbara (dentistry and Endo, respectively), took amazing care with me and my scheduling. I cannot thank them enough. Sara was my hygienist and she is, by far, the best dental professional I have sat with in my life (I am 52 years old). Sara respected my anxiety with dental care and made me feel very comfortable. She took on my concerns and communicated them throughout the practice. She was my advocate and I cannot tell you how important that is for a patient. She is absolutely fantastic at her job

Check the other negative reviews talking about the billing. So here's another. I have been going to a dentist office regularly for years. My dentist retires, I go to this place. All of a sudden I have 3 cavities. I requested they tell me how much. I get a call a week or so later they tell me with my insurance $100. I thought that sounded low. I called again two days before my visit to confirm because it is exact cash only, otherwise they charge you a fee for using a credit card. They confirmed. I go get the work done. 4 months later they're telling me I owe $120 more. I came here saw these reviews. I question if I had the cavities now. On to the next dentist. They're just as bad as mechanics. If nothing is broke, they aren't getting paid, so they make stuff up

I had a great experience at this dental office. The staff is very friendly and professional. Dental Hygienist -Nino is amazing. She was gentle, careful, and explained everything clearly. I felt very comfortable during my visit. Highly recommend!

I went to New Windsor Dental after being refused service at another endodontist (I got a little nervous before a root canal and was told almost immediately I needed to be sedated which was something they did not offer). I made the staff at New Windsor aware of that situation and they got the work done with nitrous, empathy and patience. I am very grateful for the care and will return there for all of mine and my family's dental needs.
