Windermere Village Dental Care

I had such a wonderful experience at this dental office! The dentist, dental hygienist, and front desk staff were all incredibly pleasant, professional, and genuinely kind. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel comfortable and cared for. If you have anxiety or past fears about visiting the dentist, this is the place to go. The entire team is amazing at putting patients at ease and making the experience stress-free. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for compassionate and professional dental care!

Wouldn't recommend. Had a normal experience at first but then later after showing up for an appointment and the dentist had changed (I get it, people move offices) I tried to give Dr. Lampe a fair shot with a few appointments before I just could no longer return to the office. I was uncomfortable with her and the office in general not using my preferred name despite it being notated and it not being my first time in the office. Then one time I go in for a crown appointment and after I very specifically asked while setting the appointment and upon arrival approximately how long the appointment would take because I had work at a set time and was assured multiple times that I would be done well before I needed to be. Fantastic team at Windermere Village Dental Care. Dr. Lampe is so kind and attentive. I felt like my concerns were listened to and addressed. I am more than happy to call Dr. Lampe my dentist. When I went in for my cleaning, the hygenist Labib did a wonderful job. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Highly satisfied.

I do not recommend this place. There was a general lack of communication and concern for the holistic wellbeing of my partner to where we didn't feel comfortable continuing here. They changed an appointment time without telling us, then considered that a no show for her record. There was never communication over the allotted no shows and subsequent consequences until after the fact. Unfortunately, health issues impacted the ability to attend some appointments. Then, without notice of it being "the last permitted no show," we had to reschedule the day before exclusively. We weren't allowed to make any appointments beyond that. Having a fee would've been preferable than this ridiculous system. Was my partner okay? Why did she miss any of the appointments? They were annoyed and uninterest

Few days ago, I wrote a review about my negative experience with previous doctor in this office. Today I would like to share some positive experience with Dr Lampe, she is very affable and very patient to listen and explain very clearly. The most important thing is she took care the issue, which is not caused by her. I wish she can stay in this office longer, so I have a trustworthy place to take care of my teeth.
