The product (complete, permanent, upper and lower dental implants), the people, and the services I received from Chain Of Lakes Dentistry have been second to none since day one. Throughout all the very advanced technical services I received from them, their responses were immediate and “First Class “ in every respect. Communications between them and myself were always simple and exceptionally responsivet. They got over the humps quickly, every step of the way. Chain Of Lakes Dentistry has returned me back to my former status of being “The Leader Of The Pack.” That confidence in myself will continue to reign supreme at the time of my 82nd birthday in August of this year, as I continue to work at my own business 8-10 hours each day.

Amara the hygienist was painless and personable without being too chatty. My wife declared that my teeth were the cleanest in many years. Dr. Alford is highly competent, painless, and efficient. She instills solid confidence in her patients. This practice is what you look for in Dentistry.

Dr.Alford is an amazing dentist. Really makes me feel comfortable and at ease. Very kind and caring. October 2025 Had an initial brief implant exam and consult with Dr. Matt Lasorsa. The experience wasn’t the best. I definitely a little felt uncomfortable, unnerved and the dental anxiety began to return . I’m sure he is a fine dentist, but I am unsure if I will return for the Tx plan follow up.

Front and Back office staff are all friendly, efficient and polite. Dr. Alford and her assistant, Jolly were amazing and explained everything they were doing every step of the way. I felt incredibly safe and comfortable. They definitely eased my anxiety and I will be using them for all of my dental needs.

This place is the best. I am 51 years old, and I can honestly say this has been the best dental experience I have ever received. From the office staff to the health care professionals, everyone has been amazing. If you are looking for an AMAZING dental office, this is the place.
