Dental Designs at Lakeside Village

I found ‘Dental Designs At Lakeside’ to be very good! The office is clean and bright, the receptionists are busy yet friendly. My hygienist Maria explained everything she was doing and everything that was showing up on my films. Dr Joseph-Garcia is very caring and friendly, and located every issue that I had with skill and confidence.

Every time we go there, they upsell things to us that we never ask for, they tell us that for today's visit we owe money when we don't owe money. It's just them trying to upsell us. They are always making mistakes with our insurance. Just last week, my son had sealants that were covered under insurance, and at checkout she told me I had to pay when in fact insurance was covering it. If this doesn't stop we're going to have to look elsewhere.

I’ve been coming here for years and have always had a great experience. Well organized and friendly front desk- amazing dentist and tech Laura. Highly recommend!

Everyone in the office is so nice and friendly and caring. They take the time to make sure you know what is going on with your treatment plan. They also show you all the options that are available as well to help you achieve what you want done. Even if you don’t understand they will what’s going on they will find another way to explain it.
