I’ve been a customer here for years, and I can say without hesitation that the new ownership has completely destroyed what used to be a great business. The entire atmosphere has changed for the worse. Almost all of the original staff left, and it’s obvious why—standards, professionalism, and basic cleanliness have all collapsed. The environment now feels unclean, chaotic, and uncaring. We even witnessed the owner speaking to a customer in a way that was shockingly hostile and completely unacceptable from anyone running a service business. It told us everything we needed to know. After years of loyalty and thousands spent, my family and I will never return. There are far better, cleaner, and more professional spas in the area. Save yourself the disappointment and go elsewhere.

Indigo Spa & Wellness Center is the best kept secret in the Winter Garden/Windermere area. The massage team are some of the best ever - Lauren and Mary are absolutely amazing! The owner, Sharmaine, is very nice and client centered. These folks are the consummate professionals and care about their clients’ wellbeing. I’ve been going there regularly for massages for years and there’s no better place.

Been a member for years now , the new owner a young lady has brought fresh and positive approach (much needed) to this place. After another nail tech from a different salon cracked my toenail, I decided to try Indigo Spa and now it’s the only place I go for pedicures. Tatiana is a nail magician. The spa is immaculate. The service is amazing. I always feel so pampered when I go. I highly recommend Indigo Spa!
