From the moment we arrived, the receptionists were gentle, patient, and caring. The vet techs were professional and deeply compassionate. The veterinarian was insightful, honest, and kind—no rushing, no pressure, just clear guidance and empathy. Dr. Gina is the most compassionate informative veterinarian that I’ve ever met. My dog is really my child and I came to her on a Saturday for an emergency visit. She squeezed me in and helped my dog with her pain for that I will always be grateful and With will return to her for any of my dogs needs. I highly recommend Dr. Gina.

Our first experience with Golden Heart was when we were having a medical emergency for our pup at the time. The Doctor and staff stayed late then to help provide assistance then. Since we’ve been back for more treatments, an episode of happy tail, regular checkups, etc. they’ve become our go too vet and are the only place we really consider when it comes to care for our pets. The most recent appointment was just continued confirmation of that. We saw Mia and Dr Joyce and they were as lovely to work with as every other staff member we’ve interacted with since we’ve started going here. They are truly the best! My friend recommended them to me after I had a couple not so great experiences at another vet and this is exactly what I was looking for! They were able to get my one dog in next day on a Sunday when he was having some bad allergies and Dr. Joyce was so kind and thorough with us. She took the time to listen and alleviate all my concerns and come up with a plan that we both felt really good about.
