My daughter has been going to Dr. Arruda since she got her first two baby teeth before the age of 1. She is almost 5 years old and even though we live so far, I'm very satisfied and love this office so much that I have not found a new dentist closer to home. It takes me an hour and 5 mins to get to the office and I do not mind driving it. Dr. Arruda is amazing, very delicate and sweet. She makes not only the child feel comfortable but also myself. She explains everything that she is going to do before she does it. She is always smiling, always positive and upbeat and clearly knows and does her job well. My daughter looks forward to going to the dentist. I appreciate all the staff and how they also keep the facility spotless. There's never that much of a wait time which means they know how

All our experiences have been incredible. We are received with care and affection by the nurses and doctor; they are patient and involve the child in the care process, which reassures them and allows them to complete all procedures with excellence. Our son is on the autism spectrum, and he felt very confident; we felt loved. Thank you, everyone.

I’m very disappointed with our experience at this dental office regarding my special needs son. Because of his needs, his dental care must be carefully planned in advance, often involving hospital scheduling, coordinating childcare for my other children, and arranging my work schedule. Despite explaining this multiple times, the office repeatedly called offering last minute cancellation appointments that we were unable to accommodate at the hospital. We were also asked to come into the office again, even though staff were already aware from prior visits that my son cannot tolerate in-office procedures. As expected, no cleaning, X-rays, or proper oral exam could be completed, resulting in wasted time and unnecessary stress for both my child and our family. Following this, my son was removed

Do not bring your child here. Our 8-year-old son was in need of getting two front teeth pulled because he had one of his permanent teeth coming in behind two of his baby teeth. Instead of just scheduling an appointment, they sent us to an orthodontist, who sent us back to the dentist to get the extraction done. My wife and I rearranged our entire schedules to get him in as soon as possible so the permanent tooth could straighten out and have room to grow. We get to the dentist today and they tell us that their office policy is that parents are not allowed to go back with the child to hold their hand or be of moral support while this procedure is being done, and for an 8 year old child it's a very intimidating and scary procedure. Best dentistry clinic in Orlando. First of all, front desk staff were very nice, they allowed me to see the doctor even when it was not my appointment date. I got confused and arrived to the office one day before my appointment. The lady told me that my appointment was next day, however she took my information and asked me to have a seat and wait. Then, a super friendly lady ( Fiorella) called my kids. She was very polite and friendly. At the end, doctor Arruda came to the room where we were, she was out of this world. Super nice, friendly, professional, humble and so sweet. She answered all my questions and she explained everything. I really recommend this place.
