Highly recommend using Willow Pelvic Health for all of your pelvic floor needs! I tried Pelvic floor PT with another provider after my first child and it was ok, but I was lucky enough to hear of Jessie and her practice through Take a Moment and I am so grateful I did. I had my second baby 18 months after my first and things felt like they had shifted significantly after that. I was very concerned I wouldn't be able to find that mind/muscle/body connection I had before kids but my body feels stronger and more attuned than before after working with Jessie. She is diligent and really takes the time to understand what is uncomfortable and how we can fix the issue to achieve the goal at hand. After I delivered my first baby this past december, I had a pelvis complication that limited my mobility. I started pelvic PT with Jessie immediately and I am so happy I did! Came highly recommended from my prenatal groups. Started seeing Lital at 15 weeks. Amazing PT and bedside manner and helped me with some heel and hip pain as well.
