Lima PT: Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy & Pediatric Physical Therapy

I worked with her for several months for pelvic-related issues, and throughout the course of treatment, she provided appropriate therapeutic exercises and care tailored to my condition. She addressed not only the physical aspects of recovery but also offered reassurance throughout the process, which gave me confidence that my body was genuinely improving. What sets her apart from other physical therapists is her commitment during each session—she is fully present, attentive, and makes effective use of the allotted time.

Lima is extremely knowledgeable about medicine and referred me to the right specialist that not even my Gyn managed to do. Her exercises have almost completely eliminated my pain from frequent urination that had me doubled over. If you feel doctors have not heard you or been able to help you manage pain, I recommend Lima. She listens and has magical hands and her office is clean and calming

Lima was one of those miracle workers that I happened to stumble upon. I needed pelvic floor therapy for years. Right before I met with her for the first time I was have hip issues. She completely fixed my hip and had a deep understanding as to why my weak pelvic floor was creating issues in my hip. I am so happy I found Lima, she is AMAZING!!!

Lima is lovely to work with! She is kind and considerate, has a great sense of humor, knowledgeable, and easy to schedule with. Feels more like catching up with a friend as opposed to a cold clinical setting. She has helped me quite a bit with my issues and also provides guidance on how to continue my care at home.
