Exchange Physical Therapy Group Uptown Hoboken

I had a great experience with the Uptown EPTG clinic. The atmosphere is very welcoming and friendly. I had the pleasure to work with Emily to help me recover from a knee injury. She was very knowledgeable and methodical in her approach, and just super easy to work and interact with! My knee is doing so much better now and it is all thanks to her!

The Uptown EPTG team is incredible. From Kat and Christina at the front desk to all the therapists in the back, everyone is so kind, attentive and fun. I’ve worked with Amanda for months now and she has been extremely helpful. My pain has gotten significantly better. She really cares about each patient and tailors their programs to meet the activities they want to do. As my program has progressed, she has individualized it for my sport, and that has been paramount in my return to play. I would, and have, suggested EPTG (shoutout Uptown though) to anyone looking for physical therapy

Exchange Physical therapy on 14th st in Hoboken was an amazing. Experience in every way. My therapist Emily Bekampis was Wonderful. If you need PT, you have to use Emily. She was incredible. She was really smart, very knowledgeable and super compassionate and caring. I went in there a mess and Emily performed miracles on me. She made my Shoulder replacement experience a Grand Success. I cannot say enough good things about her. She is the absolute Best.

I just completed my PT sessions with Amanda and the whole experience was so lovely! Amanda is extremely knowledgeable and helped me feel stronger, recover and overall feel healthier. She helped explain why we were doing each exercise and why I was feeling pain. All the equipment was very clean and organized. I would highly recommend Amanda and this location!

This place has been like a second home for the last 4 months. Came in with multiple tendon injuries from running. Krista got me from being basically unable to run to 3 half marathons in under 3 months. I also learned a lot about why I was getting injured, and how to reduce my risk in the future. And, had some riveting conversations along the way. If that doesn't sound like a TV deal, I don't know what does! Kat at the front desk is super chill. Also had a few great sessions w/ Hutch and Emily. 10/10 would highly recommend!
