I am so incredibly grateful for Jade and the entire EPT team! Six months ago, I could barely walk, but with Jade’s immense support, I didn't just recover - I built the strength and confidence needed for a once in a lifetime ski trip. Jade is a phenomenal PT whose expertise, personability, and genuine care made every session a joy. She has an innate ability to know exactly how far to push you to maximize progress without overdoing it. My personalized care plan made me #StrongerToday (or whatever it says on the wall) Also, shout out to Caroline, Julie, Hailey, and Lynsey who are all also wonderful. I can’t thank the team at Exchange Place Physical Therapy enough for everything they’ve done over the past month to get me healed and ready for the New York City Marathon. I came in worried that my injuries might hold me back after seven long months of training — but from day one, the staff jumped right in with the right exercises, constant encouragement, and a genuine commitment to helping me recover. Professional & Warm I had a great experience thanks to Lyndsey! She was friendly, welcoming, and extremely professional from the moment I walked in. She handled everything efficiently and made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. It is clear she truly cares about providing excellent customer service. She has been extremely accommodating with my busy schedule juggling a toddler! First impressions matter, and she definitely set a positive tone!

Jade is a miracle worker and she was patient and so knowledgeable!!! I improved so much just by the first few weeks with exercises Jade taught me! By the end of our sessions, I’m at a much much better place and can go on with my life with almost no pain. Lindsay at the front desk was also very transparent about the whole payment system! I had such a pleasant experience with this location and cannot recommend enough!

I’ve been getting treated for a few months, primarily by Caroline but also by Jade, Julie, and Hailey; they’ve been incredible in helping me feel like myself again postpartum. They take the time to explain the “why” behind everything we do, which makes me feel informed and super confident in my progress. Everyone is patient, supportive, and genuinely invested in my recovery. Lynsey has also been extremely helpful with scheduling and always work with me to make sure my appointments fit my schedule; also I appreciate that she doesn’t laugh at me when I forget that the front door is heavy and I bump into it. I’m truly grateful for their care and dedication—thank you for helping me slowly get back to who I am!! My heavy 6m old son who loves to be carried around thanks you too!!
