Willow Brook Christian Village

Management is a joke. Housekeeping in general is a joke and you'd be so surprised how much mold is in this place is DISGUSTING. And it is just covered up? Assisted living has multiple rooms that I have visited and after talking with staff, they have a housekeeper but where are they at? The amount of times I have tried to convince my brothers and sisters in Christ to speak up at their meetings all of them are afraid of retaliation but here they are without even the simplest necessity of toilet paper! While my concerns were addressed multiple times and I commend the aids for going above and beyond for my companions, shame on housekeeping management for not apparently doing their job and properly supervising housekeepers. Other family members have also told management about Centrum housekeep

From the moment my grandparents moved in, it was clear that this facility is in expert hands. The knowledge and commitment to ensuring the well-being of each resident are evident in every interaction. It’s clear that everyone here is dedicated to providing the best care possible.The management team works hard to ensure the facility is always clean, well-maintained, and constantly improving with new projects aimed at benefiting the entire community. The residents truly feel at home, and the care they receive is both personal and compassionate. My grandmother was recently at Willow Brook Christian Village & we cannot say enough great things about their hospitality. Their employees went above & beyond to make sure my grandmother was comfortable & adapting well to her new environment. The clinical staff kept me updated with any concerns & worked with me to address them. The facility is extremely clean & well taken care of. Willow Brook Christian Village has an exceptional team & goes well above the other facilities my grandmother has been to!

Overall nice facility. Clean and well kept. Decent service, but very understaffed. My Grandma called the nurse and it took over two hours to just get some pain pills. I think that is very disrepsectful for someone like her who came here for her recovery.
