We took our new puppy here on the recommendation of a friend. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They were very helpful as we try to figure out how to travel internationally with the dog.

Took my dog to Dr. Chris for the first time. I was so impressed with his knowledge and the time he took explaining my dogs condition, what may have caused it and how to take care of her. He even went the extra mile in cutting her pills in half for me. I got the feeling of being back at the vets when I was young. Good memories. Great vet and great service and the charges were very reasonable. Will I go back? You bet and best of all my dog loved him. Jody the receptionist is the best. Thanks for the great service!

Dr. Franks is outstanding. We have gone to Castleton Way for many years with cats and dogs. He always provides options but recommends a more conservative approach. The emergency vet wanted to do immediate surgery, but we are so glad we consulted Dr. Franks. We didn't do immediate surgery based on his recommendation, and our dog recovered much quicker and saved us a ton of money. The staff are polite and caring and always listen.

Jody in the office is so sweet and caring. She treated my fur baby like her own. The doctor has a great rapport with his patients and their guardians. He even followed up to see how our dog was doing. Very fair pricing, I’m so glad I found this office, they have become a family favorite quickly.

I have been taking my fur babies here for close to 30 years. I moved out of Delaware county so I started going to a vet in my area. I went back to Dr. Franks office when 4 visits and well over $400 later there was still a problem. The first visit back and the proper medicine, Daisy was feeling much better in no time. It's worth the drive to us to make sure she gets the proper care. She loves Dr. Frank and sits still for her check up and even her ear drops, which becomes a wrestling match when I do it. This vet is awesome!!! They're caring, compassionate and truely love animals. Our forever vet!
