We drove 2hrs26m to get my son’s tongue and lip tie done on the way I was anxious about bringing him because we aren’t from here at all, the atmosphere when you walk in is amazing you could tell the type of experience it was going to be when you walked in. Front desk lady’s are very personable, her nurse/assistant very, very nice! The dentist herself is very nice, and very knowledgeable. Very pleased with our visit here and you would be too! Thank you Dr. Jordan and staff for making a mama heart be settled and for your hospitality!

Dr. Jordan and her staff are FANTASTIC. Dr. Jordan and her staff have quite literally helped me weep my way into feeling safe in the dental chair for the first time since I was a child. She has been tending to the decades of prosthadontal mismanagement and neglect that were not correctly managed when I was an infant/youth/teen/young adult with ALF treatment, oral releases, and cold laser treatment. Dr. Jordan also has been managing my daughter's tongue-ties which have been presenting in concert with speech articulation disorders. 10/10, highly recommend.

The dentist was nice and worked quickly, but there was very little education or explanation provided during the visit. She referred us for newborn manipulation simply because my baby cried a lot, which felt unnecessary and concerning. The medical assistant also shared inaccurate medical information, and when I mentioned that I work in healthcare, she seemed surprised. Billing has been a major headache — I’ve had to call three separate times to fix an issue where I was actually billed for the wrong patient. It took four different people to “temporarily” correct the problem, but it’s still unresolved. Our 30-minute appointment ended up taking almost four hours because of all the confusion.
