Willis Animal Hospital

Listen I have a sixteen year old dog and she usually is a shaky, nervous mess when we pulled into the vet parking lot but when we made the switch to here she does so well. We don’t even need to give her trazodone for her anxiety anymore because she’s not even anxious to come here. All of the vet techs are so sweet with her and patient with my old girl. It’s so wonderful to come to an animal hospital that loves and understands animals of all ages. I will always come here as long as Dr. Chan is here and the lovely vet techs as well!

We’ve had our bichon for 17 years.we had to let him go on to doggie haven! I will miss him so much! The Willis veterinarian hospital were awesome administrators toward his finel minutes it was a peaceful passing. They took care of my husband and I feelings also. It was awesome the way they handled things.

This place has its favorite patients and not so favorites. There is a very rude, vicious, office manager who will verbally abuse you, attempt to bully you, and will interrupt you at every sentence you say. Due to road construction on Willis Waukegan Rd. I was 15 min late, as I pulled into the parking lot, she called to inform me my appointment was canceled. I mentioned I was in the parking lot and was coming in. She said “too bad, you’re 15 minutes late.” I mentioned road construction, she said “I should have called,” I mentioned I don’t drive and talk on the phone, where she mentioned “I should learn how to!” This front desk manager is a BULLY, vicious attempted coward. This vet office is absolutely amazing. I have a 5 week old kitten, munchies, who my boyfriend and I rescued and they have been nothing but the best help for us. Any question, worry, or insight I needed they went above and beyond to help munchies and explain to me. I will definitely be referring everyone I know in the willis area to this vet! Thank you all so much!!
