First let me say the staff is on point and top tier. Professional, friendly and informative duo who has gone above and beyond for me when the pharmacy messed up. I have been seeing Dr Mitchell for a little over a year now for my back injury. He along with my pain management doctor did everything to get me relief from my injury before finally deciding on surgery. He explained everything as well as all possible outcomes and we went for it. His confidence, gave me the confidence I needed to face it. He also outlined my role as pertains to pre and post surgery. We both did our part. I am still recovering and hoping and praying for continued healing. He has been that positive voice in my head playing over and over again.. "Keep moving and keep the positive outlook. If the oath and ethics of being a physician was ever questioned look no further then William Mitchell. The reviews and ratings speaks volumes as he works solely for insurance companies for repeat business giving unfavorable diagnosis to benefit workman comp agencies. He said " I work for myself and have my own practice. I do not work for the Insurance Company." Well as odd of a statement that is for a doctor to say he puts the truth in the disclaimer, only he works for them.If you are sent by Workmsn Comp he will be condescending, evasive short rude and definitely give you an adverse conclusion to your pain and suffering. I was insulted and treated like trash. I had a fall at work and “Dr” Mitchell basically told me I’m old, fat and crazy. Do not visit this doctor if you want to be treated appropriately and respectfully.

Showed up for my appointment. He then proceeded to cancel my appointment as I am in the waiting room and then he called the police and had them trespass me. Yes that's right. I was trespassed for showing up to my appointment. I cannot stress enough how terrible this place is

I had an appointment with Dr. Mitchell today. He and his staff were exceptional!! Dotty in the front office and Dana were a pleasure to work with and very helpful. Dr. Mitchell was outstanding....listened to my concerns, answered all of my questions and provided me with some great options and advice. I would highly recommend his services to anyone. He is one of the best healthcare providers that I have ever encountered in my life and I am 72 years old!
