Dr. Gaithri was excellent as always. She was very thorough and responsive with my concerns and even gave tips on how to care for my glasses, contacts and eyes. The new technicians in the front were excellent as well - they were very professional and helpful. I had a better experience with them this time than the previous associates three years ago. What a lovely experience!

I love going to get my eye exam at this place. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful, they always answer all my question. Dra. Ram is really good, she has treated me with a lot of care and patience, and she always explains me all the technology she is using during the exam. I picked this location to be my Optical three years ago and I’m glad I did, they are the best. I would definitely recommend it.

Dr. G and her team are very attentive and friendly. Customer service is huge for me. I appreciate the time they took to answer all of my questions related to my visit and follow-up. Dr. G is knowledgeable and extremely effective in helping me to understand my vision needs and eye care plan. So happy that I found a great eye care team.

This was my first eye appointment ever. Just a regular eye check up. The staff was very great, respectful and knowledged. They know what they doing. After all the necessities were done Dr. Ramanathan went through detailed eye check up and concerns regarding it. She explained everything in simple but detailed manor that a normal person would understand. She has great knowledge in her field and exactly knows what she is doing. I would recommend anyone whom I know to her. And my future visits I got my permanent eye doctor. Keep up the good work.

I called to see if I could come in earlier then my appointment time since I was in the area and they were able to accommodate me. All three people that I dealt with were extremely nice. The doctor and manager were very patient with me as I asked questions and found glasses that I liked. I would highly recommend this location.
