Dr. Segal, Dr. Iyer, and their team are truly wonderful! They cared for both my daughter and me, and because of the fantastic experience we had, my other two kids will also be starting treatment there. They are so patient, kind, and make every visit comfortable and easy for kids. Dr. Segal always takes the time to explain everything plainly, which helps build trust with both parents and children. The whole staff is warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The office is spotless, well-organized, and always runs smoothly. Segal & Iyer is truly a great practice. Dr. Segal pays attention to detail and he’s very knowledgeable. We have been seeing Dr. Iyer for the last 7 years. Our son has a pretty complex case and we have had an amazing experience with this team every step of the way. It’s always a warm welcome and we can’t speak highly enough about the women who have helped our son so much - at times every few weeks!! Val and Katie are amazing. Val has had to work quite frequently on him, and she has been so helpful, kind, and patient. Dr. Iyer is so smart and creative-we are so grateful for her knowledge and expertise!! Dr. Monisha Iyer has been absolutely fantastic throughout my son’s ongoing Invisalign treatment. She is kind, patient, and extremely thorough, always taking the time to explain each step and make sure he feels comfortable. I'm a 54 year old adult male. I had braces as a kid, but I didn't use my retainer properly. My teeth ended up shifting as an adult. Dr. Iyer crafted a plan using Invisalign that was perfect for me. Once the process started, it was quick and easy. The office staff runs a tight ship. Appointments start on time and done with great efficiency without feeling rushed or harried. I felt well taken care of without appointments being a second longer than necessary. Without reservation, if I need orthodontic work, I know where I'm going. (And my teeth look fantastic now. :) )
