William J. Lipkin, DPM - Curalta Foot + Ankle

Dr. Lipkin is the kind of doctor you've always wanted. He's kind, funny, attentive, patient, and most important... wicked smart. Over the past three years, I had been to three other podiatrists in Hoboken looking for answers for my ailing feet, as the issues were two-fold. Each doctor would deal with the urgent matter first, then say they were out of time to deal with the chronic condition. But not Dr. Lipkin. Clearly, the guy loves his job, probably because he just loves life. And people. He was able to deal with both my urgent matter AND he diagnosed and explained the chronic condition, which the other three never once attempted. I now have a treatment plan for both issues, and I feel I've made a new friend. It's always a relief to find a great doctor in the nick of time.

We love Dr Lipkin. Always has time for questions and concerns, wait time is maybe a few minutes after your appointment time. He makes the whole appointment comfortable.

Be very careful and mindful when visiting this doctor. I came to this doctor with a foot injury, and because I have mild bunions, he wanted to address the bunions, not the injury. The first visit I had with him I thought went really well. He was kind and lighthearted and gave me a shot for the pain in the injury area. But it didn’t help at all and I couldn’t walk for 3 days after due to pain from the shot. Then the second visit was where things went downhill FAST. I came in for an xray and he didn’t even remember/know which foot had the injury. I assume doctors read your file before preforming crays but I thought maybe he had a long day… as the appointment went on he told me over and over the only solution was bunion surgery and even then I might have pain for the rest of my life. I have been a patient of Dr. Lipkin for several years. He has a warm and caring bedside manner. I highly recommend him. His staff is friendly and welcoming.

I appreciate that he always takes the time to fully listen to my concerns and provides me with a full list of options anytime a procedure may be necessary. He is very personable and fills the office with a sense of ease.
