If I can rate a zero star I would. As a new patient for my infant son, we came in for a wellness check, upon approaching the receptionist desk, I was told my sons appointment was never scheduled and that I would have to reschedule for another 2 weeks! It was absolutely unacceptable. The receptionist had poor attitude and looked miserable, and for being a pediatric clinic she should definitely come off a lot more professional not to mention accommodating. How can my appointment get booked but never scheduled into their system? It was absolutely mind blowing and I would never return here again. Instead I’ll do what I’ve been doing and take the 30 mins drive to his current doctor who is great and has a very enthusiastic and professional team on board! I wish I had the name to the receptionist

I just heared dr.french is no longer here does anyone know where he went my son only likes him:(

Dr. French is so nice and easy going. He always goes into detail to explain things.

I love the doctors here,my son follow and listen them...makes me as a mom happy and comfortible

French is the best!!! He needs to come back or tell us where he is...
